Flare Up

No exercising for 2 weeks
over exhaustion
over doing
on my feet a lot running, pushing, pulling, lifting
exerting a ton of energy into each thing I'm doing
some other difficult circumstances that have been in a whirlwind of emotions
flare up

Yep, I'm there.

Hang on tight... this too will pass. Sounds like you need to take the time to treat yourself as #1, getting the rest you need. Otherwise it just keeps cycling the same way....

Feel good-->do too much--->Flare---> Rest ----> just like a wheel, round and round we go. :)
