Here are some general photography shots I took over the weekend while in Springfield (mostly while walking around a commons area and in/out of the old union station visitor center, Abraham Lincoln Presidential museum/store, and library)....
This is just outside of the old Union Station. It's hard to believe this road used to be entirely railroad tracks!
Mom & Abe Lincoln's feet :)
Kids loving on Mr. Lincoln with lots of cards for his 200th birthday.
I think it's hard to believe that President Obama is already on their books and such! Wow, that was fast!!
This t-shirt ("iFreedom") is just too funny not to share! Isn't that hilarious?! :)
HAVE A FABULOUS FRIDAY EVERYONE!

Fantastic photos! We saw the real rocker here at the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit. It's behind special glass, of course. But I did get some pretty good pics.
I love all the colors and textures in the photos. Very cool!
Your mom and Abe cracked me up!
Those photographs are amazing! When I was in DC I visited Ford's theater and the hotel he died in across the street. I tell you I got chills in that place. I would love to visit springfield some day!
Oh great photos. I really love the freedom one that is so neat and different!
