Four Years of Fibro

Today it's been 4 years since I first starting having the symptoms that later became known to me as Fibromyalgia. It started as tingling in my left arm one day at work on August 17, 2006. Go to the My Fibro Story tab above to learn more.

It's been a long, hard road thus far. I'm still amazed, shocked, awed, and sometimes dismayed over all that has happened.

Reflecting on this time resurfaces a lot of fears, concerns, joys, and sorrows from this entire process. I'm so thankful for all I've learned, but also hesitant about what is to come.

This is incredibly difficult. It's a very hard road to face.

Just for today, I'm going to allow myself a bit of wallowing.

Wallow away sometimes. You deserve it!
