One Year Ago Today

One year ago today, I was making an afternoon trip to my first ever rheumatologist appointment, 30 minutes down the road...

...where I received the official diagnosis that what I'd been fighting for 17 months was indeed Fibromyaliga.

Read more about my diagnosis day here.

It's interesting to look back and read those posts.

I'm going to be fairly quiet today... solemn, reflective, and prayerful.

Rochelle,
Please know that God is with you~ I was diagnosed four years ago with Systematic Lupus and Sjogrens disease..it was a real blow to our family..I have three children 16,14,and 12. It was hard...I had to grieve as well as my family..and it took sometime till the doctor got it "under control"...whatever that is because as you well know you will have your good and bad days. BUT THROUGH IT ALL GOD IS IN CONTROL AND HAS SEEN ME THROUGH~ It is so important to have support within your household...it is an adjustment but be brave in the Lord. Remember PERFECT LOVE CAST OUT ALL FEAR. I will pray for you today~
Blessings,
Vikki
