Trusting God... when your entire body is on fire

You have good days and bad days where the fibro causes you to have a roller coaster of emotions... you handle the pain and fatigue well on some days, and horribly on others. The past few days, the pain has been virtually unbearable. I know the freezing cold temps around here haven't helped (at one point below -20... brrr!!) and have caused major flare-ups. Thursday, Friday, and today have thus far been some of my worst pain days in some time. I'm managing okay I guess, but I've been grumpier than normal as a result. I'm trying really hard to focus on the positives, but it's tough when you're so miserable and just wishing there was a non-medicine way to take away all the pain.

I know it could be worse. My heart really goes out to my new blogging friend, Melody, and her situation. Oh man, I can't fully explain just how deeply I feel for her... because I can so deeply understand some of what she's going through. But not entirely. And it breaks my heart for her, but I pray fervently for her and know she's in the Lord's hands.

I really don't have much energy right now or the strength to continue typing, but I wanted to give you a bit of an update at least for now. I hope to post pictures soon, but it may have to wait for another day. I hope you all have a great weekend!

Aww :( I'm so sorry you're battling so much unbearable pain - it sure makes every little movement, task, etc such a struggle and I feel for you. *hug*

You are often on my mind and I continue to pray for you. May God grant you relief! Hope tonight you're able to get good rest and wake up refreshed.
