But I really feel like it will pay off.
You all know how I feel about grocery shopping. It is not my kind of fun. Usually.
But tonight there was something about it that got me excited. I had to move quickly because I could tell I was fading fast. And that was in aisle 1 {just after fruits/veggies}. I had a long way to go after that still, so I kept praying for strength and that God would help me keep my eyes open so that I wouldn't have to backtrack {I hate that}. It worked... no major backtracking!
So it went fairly well and despite the exhaustion and pain, I was invigorated. For the first time in a while when the bagger asked if I needed help getting my groceries outside {our store asks this as a courtesy...and you can't even tip them because of their union laws...so it really is just super nice}, I actually turned her down.
That's a pretty great feeling. I love what the exercise and diet change have been doing for me the past couple weeks. Yay!

I just ran across your blog today. If you are living with fibromyalgia, you can connect with others at http://www.livingwithfibro.org. I created this site and others like it to help connect people affected by rare diseases.
